DANIEL R. SHELDON

MANAGING PRINCIPAL

Mr. Sheldon is the Managing Principal at United Development Companies, LLC. He manages the day to day operations of the company. His responsibilities include site selection, entitlements, development oversight and disposition of the company’s assets. He works with a number of national homebuilders, apartment developers, senior housing developers and retailers.

He was elected in 2020 to his second 4-year term as a City Councilman in the City of Cherry Hills Village. He enjoys giving back to the community in which he grew up by serving its citizens. He is the president and founder of the Big Sticks Foundation, a 501c3 non-profit organization that supports a variety of Denver youth charities. Mr. Sheldon is also is a past and current board member on a number of metropolitan districts and homeowners associations.

He is a 3rd generation Denver real estate developer and a graduate from the University of Colorado. When he’s not working, he enjoys fishing, hunting and skiing. He is married with two children.

Our brokerage services department has the ability to handle the full spectrum of broker requirements ranging from contract, to due diligence, all the way through closing. United has held its managing brokerage firm license since 1994.
