Our core business includes providing residential lots to homebuilders, super pads to multi-family builders, and retail pad development. 

 

United Development Companies, in conjunction with its commercial real estate partner, Miller Real Estate Investments (www.millerre.com), has been actively providing commercial land to the marketplace for over 20 years.  The strategic partnership between United and Miller allows the two firms to procure larger, more challenging properties, particularly when a mix of uses may be the highest and best use for that land.  

 

Our experience allows us to succeed at each of these different facets of our business.  Since 1994, United and its predecessor companies have developed over 7,000 residential, multi-family and senior living lots; redeveloped 250,000 square feet of office & warehouse space; and completed 4 office condominium projects. United has also directly managed over $12,000,000 of civil infrastructure projects throughout the state.  Our brokerage services team have closed over 120 transactions to date.
