Our owners representation services are tailored for the hands off owner.  We execute real estate deals and development on behalf of our clients, so our clients can concentrate on their core business.  This can include processing of entitlements, negotiating developers or subdivision improvement agreements, providing cost containment recommendations, seeking acquisition or disposition opportunities, and many other services. 

Typically we’re brought on with a specific task, but also given the role of owners representative.  This allows us the flexibility to maneuver on behalf of our clients, without necessarily incurring the extra time and expense for approval.
